SYNOPSIS

Märchen von einer unmöglichen Liebe zwischen einem jungen Beduinen aus einem nicht anerkannten Dorf in der Negev-Wüste und einer jüdischen Schülerin.

 

Raid, a 21 years old Bedouin Muslim from an unrecognised village in the Negev desert is discharged from the Israeli army and finds it difficult to adjust to civil life, trying to save the family’s herd while confronting old traditions, family expectation, discrimination by the state and falling in love with his cousin’s Jewish girlfriend.
